When you are young you think you are invincible and as a result you can do a lot of things that you may pay for dearly later in life.

You need to protect your back through good posture and proper ways of bending and lifting that limit the stress on your back.

Whether you are young, old or somewhere in between – this is important for everyone. Your spine is fairly delicate and the entire nervous system for the body runs through the spine. Take good care of it so it can perform well and last you a full lifetime.
